In 2024 Dolly donated $1,000,000 towards relief efforts in East Tennessee following Hurricane Helene.

And recently, Ms. Parton made a “generational and transformational” donation to the East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, which has been renamed Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital.
